Roger Felice

With more than 50 years of experience, Roger A. Felice has dedicated his legal career to representing individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. Throughout his career, he has successfully recovered substantial compensation for clients in cases involving motor vehicle collisions, defective products, medical negligence, and negligent roadway design.



In August of 2026 Felice became “Of Counsel” for S. Rife Law Office, P.S. where he serves as an attorney and consultant to clients of the firm in matters of personal injury, litigation, trial and settlement.


A highly respected trial lawyer, Felice has extensive litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels, including appearances before the Washington Supreme Court. His work has contributed to significant legal decisions affecting governmental liability, product liability, and public safety standards in Washington State.


Mr. Felice is a former President of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, has been rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, and has frequently lectured on trial advocacy and litigation throughout Washington. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Product Liability Law at Gonzaga University School of Law.

Among the many notable results achieved during his career are multiple seven-figure jury verdicts in Washington courts, and in settlements, including a Spokane County jury verdict exceeding $11 million dollars in damages.


Mr. Felice earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1970 and his Juris Doctor in 1973 from Gonzaga University. In 2026, he joined S. Rife Law Office, P.S. as Of Counsel, where he provides strategic guidance, litigation support, and consulting services in complex personal injury matters.
